These terms require review against the site owner's actual legal entity, address, and governing jurisdiction before paid launch.
Service
Garden with Serge provides gardening content and AI-generated guidance based on user-supplied plant photos and text. Outputs are probabilistic, may be incomplete or wrong, and are not a guaranteed diagnosis.
Safe use
Do not rely solely on the service for pesticide selection, edible-crop safety, toxicity to people or animals, invasive-species control, or destructive treatment. Check product labels, local extension services, qualified horticultural professionals, veterinarians, poison-control resources, or other authoritative local sources as appropriate.
Your responsibilities
You must have permission to upload content, avoid personal or unlawful material, provide accurate billing information, protect account access, and use the service without disrupting it or circumventing limits. You retain responsibility for decisions made from the output.
Memberships
Displayed price, billing period, included features, and renewal terms are presented before checkout. Membership access depends on confirmed provider status. Fair-use and abuse controls may apply to plans described as unlimited. See Subscriptions, Cancellation, and Refunds.
Availability and changes
The service may be changed, suspended, or discontinued. We aim to communicate material paid-plan changes, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a particular AI result.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
